new EdButtons not showing up?

I’m trying to add the ‘dropcap’ button to my editor.

I’ve followed the directions for the style sheet and template changes, and it shows that the file was modified correctly.

However, the new button doesn’t show up in my editor.

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
