    Hi,

    When there is a new donation , the Admin Email i receive is not the one i have set in the settings (e.g . i have added a line With EMAIL: … that is not displayed)

    Hi @pipoulito,

    Email receipts can also be customized per-form.
    Check each of your forms to make sure you’re not using a custom email template there.

    Hi,

    What i modified in GIve/settings/email admin is not displayed in Email.
    It seems it is another template that is used, maybe the woocommerce default ?

    I doubt it. Can you send a screenshot of the GIve/settings/email settings and the email the customer received?

    Ok, and have you tripled-check that none of your GiveWP forms has a custom “New Donation” email template?

    If not, try clearing any cache running on the site.
