New Domain, 404 Error, Can't Login to wp-admin

    I purchased a new domain today, then used my host’s cpanel to upload WordPress (via Fantastico). I followed the WordPress installation instructions for Fantastico to a tee, but when I try to log in to the admin page, I get a 404 Error at the top of the page, with a view of my page’s placeholder text and graphics at the bottom.

    The domain I purchased is ajanismommy.com
    I use Host Gator for hosting
    I downloaded WP version 3.4.2
