    Such a strange one.

    A new customer will not get the bulk discount if he orders 2 units of our product. It will show the correct discounted prices in the basket and checkout however once he transfers to payment, be t hat Paypal, Bacs of Cheque the discount dissapears.

    However if a returning customer does it (ie he logs in first) then the discount goes through correctly.

    To confuse matters even more. If a New Customer orders 3 units of our product the discount goes through to payment correctly.

    I have tried every diffferent way to try and get this to work including fixed discount rather than percentage but the same thing happens.

    Any ideas people? Its a great plugin but the developer needs to help us out a bit!

  • I have the same problem

    I am having the same issue. Customers are making purchases in bulk and the discount is disappearing when they pay. This is a big problem for my business. Lossing credibility. It seems to be random.
