    Hi,
    we are using the latest version of this plugin
    we approved today a new customer review and it displays in the reviews tab under that specific product but it does not get counted

    the review number is wrong after approving a new customer review
    How to fix it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Where the review number is not counted/updated? Please share some screenshots of this issue.
    You can also try to move that review to the trash and restore it back to see how it goes.

    Hi,
    1. we updated this plugin
    2. we put the new review that was not counted in the trash then we restored it and this fixed the issue
