New “Customer Review for WooComm” assigned wrong role to previous reviews

    New installation of “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” imported my existing reviews without me importing them. It assigned wrong roles to some of them. I understand if I entered a review for a customer it will show as “Shop Manager”, however some of my answers show as “Reviewer”. Is there a way to just have this group of reviews/answers without a role? I tried turning off roles in the main WooCommerce settings, but that did nothing.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    There isn’t an option to disable the author type of a review. You can try to go to the admin area > Reviews > Edit a review and update the author type.
