    Hi there, I seem to be having issues when wordpress is sending HTML emails when a new customer order has been received. I have changed the format to plain text and it works and have also disabled your plug in and it works.

    But when I try to resend a new order notification I never get the email

    Hi there!

    I’m here to help.

    Would you install an email logging plugin so we can see if there are attempts to send the emails when the Email Designer plugin is active?

    If you saw an email that failed, please send us a screenshot here for the email error messages.

    On the other hand, you can also reach out to your hosting provider and send them these details. You might need to configure SMTP using a plugin so the HTML emails will be sent properly.
