New Custom Fields don’t show in order details page

    Hello, I added some custom fields to my billing and shipping address, it appeared on the checkout page perfectly and shown in the sent emails but didn’t shown in the order details page in the backend
    and when searching here in your FAQs, I found your answer to choose them from “custom fields” which I don’t have in my order details page. I tried to solve this issue and without any result

    Normally the custom fields section will be there on the Order details page. Please refer the below URL:

    Could you please verify whether the option Custom Fields is ticked in the Screen Options in order details page.

    Sometimes, due to some other plugin conflicts, the section will be hidden on the order details page. We suggest you to contact your developer to check for any conflict issue.

    I am having the same problem – was there a solution found? I confirmed the checkbox “Display in Order Detail Pages” is checked.

    Normally, the custom fields will show in the order details page if the option “Display in Order detail pages” is checked. Sometimes due to theme conflict or plugin conflict, the custom fields will be hidden on the order detail page.

    Could you please verify the issue after making the below changes

    1. Switching the theme
    2. Verifying by temporarily deactivating the plugins one by one.

    I have problems with Price ad Quantity. Both do not show but they are not custom fields. These are default… Is something wrong with the new updates?

    I tried the store front and deactivted plugins but wont work

    @eybel Could you please temporarily deactivate our plugin and verify this from your side. If the issue still persists then this is not related to our plugin.
