New CSS Design

in firefox there are some errors…the content text runs through the header and the sidebar…also the text in the sidebar is very difficult to read.

There may be something wrong with your CSS, because it looks even worse than without any styesheet at all.

Strangely, the site uses the standard WordPress CSS, just a few colors changed here and there…. Also, it works prefect in opera, and safari, which is all I care about. ??

Well, it does work in Safari and the Mac version of FireFox (v0.9.3).

serious eyestrain with the right column… almost gives me a headache… am I really getting that old?

Nah, just the contrast of two very light/bright colors.
