• Hi, and thank you for your amazing plugin!

I need to send a webhook to pabbly when a new post is created. Is a Custom post type post.

My problem is that standard post are triggering the webhook but not my CPT even with the correct settings:

    – send data > post created > webhook url given by pabbly > settings > selected post type “My CPT” and initial post status change “Published”.

I have tested and all other triggers are working except for CPT.

IS posible that the problem is in the configuration of the CPT?

Any help will be appreciated. Thank You!

Hey @antoniomas – Thank you a lot for your message, as well as for using our plugin.
By default, we do not differ between the custom post types as we usually support all the same way.
If there is something not working correctly, I suggest trying it with the most basic settings possible.
Did you try the CPT without the setting to fire on initial post status change? Did that cause the trigger to fire?
Thank you already very much. ??

Hi @ironikus and thank you for your patience.

I have done some additional tests and now it is working fine.
I think the problem was that it was not the first status change as you claim in the settings page.

Important: This trigger only fires after the initial post status change. If you change the status after again, it doesn’t fire anymore

Again, thank you for your time and congrats for your amazing plugin.
