new created archive file “download” button grayed out

    I’m using Duplicator pro plugin for the first time.
    After creating a new archive file I can see that the file size is 600 MB, but the download button is grayed out. What could be the reason?

    Thanks for the feedback! Typically in that case the package data was stored to a remote location and there is no local package to download.
