New condition to differentiate between new visitor/returning visitor

Please, I beg you to implement a small improvement on your Display Conditions feature in a future version of your Elementor addon.

On my main web page, I want to show an introductory video with an Elementor widget, but only show it to new visitors who enter my page, visitors who return to it and already enter it for the second time should not see it.

For this reason, I ask you to implement in your addon one more condition that allows the video to be displayed only if it is a new visitor, but not if it is a returning visitor.

The idea is very simple, your component, when the visitor enters the page for the first time, will record a cookie in his browser to know if he has ever visited the page (I think it should be recorded at the page level, if it is possible, since this situation could occur on another page that is not the main one, so you have to know when the visitor views it for the first time and there could be several pages with this situation on a site).

Before saving the cookie, your component would check if the cookie already existed, in which case it should not display the Elementor widget. If the cookie does not exist, then it means that the visitor is entering the page for the first time and the your component should show the Elementor widget.

Of course, this would also allow it to be checked in reverse, that is, an Elementor widget is only shown if it is a returning visitor and not a new visitor.

I also think it could be interesting to allow the component to configure the duration that this cookie would have so that the user could determine when he wants it to expire, so that the visitor is considered as new again and then shows the Elementor widget again, since if the duration of the cookie lasts very little time, it would be a problem.

I think it’s not a very complicated change to implement, it’s just, mainly, about recording and reading a cookie, and it considerably improves the quality of the page by allowing to show/hide widgets or Elementor sections depending on whether it is a new visitor or a returning visitor.
