new comment held for moderation email

Hi, does anyone know how I can edit who gets the ‘New Comment Held for Moderation’ email notifications? At the moment it looks like it just goes to the main admin user. I want to be able to select a few email addresses for this notice to come to.
I read on another article that it will go to whoever is the author of the relevant post, but this doesn’t seem to work it still just goes to the main wp admin

Hope someone can help, or advise a suitable plugin (I did try looking already!)
