New code not working Contact Form 7

I was using contact form 7 since 2010 without a problem. Recently I updated all of my plugs and everything was looking normal. Today I created a new contact form because I added a new product to my page and the contact form shows the following error:

[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]

I believe this is because of the new type of code, because all of my old forms are still working fine.
NEW CODE EXAMPLE:
[contact-form-7 id=”5133″ title=”Licomusic”]
OLD CODE EXAMPLE:
[contact-form 25 title="Licomusic"]

My old forms are giving me two options, but the recently created is only giving me the new code.

I can see that the old code has a number right after the “contact-form” text and it’s not the ID because on my old forms I can see the two options and the ID and the “I don’t know number” are completely different as you can see at the example above.

Any Idea of why this is happening or how to figure out where the mysterious number is coming from? I just want to get my form working !!
