    We made a new chart with Chartify, and then hit the save and close button.

    There was a message saying the chart was made or something like that, however on the admin screen itself, there is no charts there. Just the message: “There are no items yet.”

    We did it the second time, and same thing. No charts appear to be made, and if they are, then they’re not showing up.

    As far as I understand, you are saving the chart and the chart is normally?saved as the popup is displayed saying that the chart has been created successfully. However, the chart is not displayed in the Charts List.

    If yes, then, most presumably, there is a conflict on your end.?
    Please provide us with the following information so we can investigate your case further.

    1. The plugin version you are using.
    2. The PHP version you are using.?
    3. The WordPress version you are using.?

    Also, please?do?troubleshooting?by deactivating the plugins one by one, to find the conflicting plugin.

    You can make a DB Backup for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).
