New category is displayed out of the structure

  • When I am using Classic text editor plugin and I create a new category under another parent, it is displayed at the top of the category tree.
    I have tested deactivating all plugins. The problem is caused by Classic text editor, but I can confirm, that this bug is very old. The problem was the same when Classic text editor was implemented in the WP core.
