    Hi akawey,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

This sounds like another thread recently posted–I think you may need the updated version with a changed captcha library to support an older PHP. Contact us here to get it: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/

FYI–to others seeing this thread, please upgrade to 3.6.7, that has a patched version to address this issue.

The problem is that the updated Google reCAPTCHA library requires PHP 5.4, as does WordPress supposedly. However, many web hosts haven’t upgraded to this version yet, which causes this issue.

3.6.7 is a version that supports PHP 5.2 and 5.3.

It’s all good and working now… thanks for the update.

    Glad to hear it!

I’m having the same issue. I updated the php with my host, and the captcha keys are correct. But the captcha is not showing (and giving an error message saying that it wasn’t entered correctly).

    Hi weblogtoo,

I have responded in email to your question. Please do not double-post issues, as we will respond within 24 hours to your question. Thanks for being patient.

You probably need to regenerate the reCAPTCHA keys (and then put the new ones in BD’s settings) after switching PHP versions since the hashing may not line up anymore. Try that and see if it fixes it.
