• This plugin is very powerful with all its customizable features and was setup easily. However the longer I use this plugin the worse my experience gets. It seems that with every update new bugs are introduced. This either breaks the appearance of your reviews or breaks the view all together thus diminishing the websites professional look.

    Support response is limited to email and response times are 24 hrs or more for each response for paying clients. This makes the troubleshooting process very difficult.

    My company has had to rely on our web developer exclusively to adjust or fix problems introduced by this plugin.

    I recommend searching for a different review management plugin tool before considering this plugin.

    I completely understand what you mean regarding the latest updates. We are constantly trying to improve the plugin and make it better and easier to use for our users. We put a lot of work into stopping bugs from entering production and work just as hard at cleaning up those that do manage to get through our testing and quality checks. However, sometimes some still manage to slip past us – we’re only humans after all. Our developers are digging through the thousands of lines of codes the plugin has and mistakes can happen, we’d never intentionally overlook something.
    We understand that these latest bugs affected your site — and for that, we are truly sorry.

    Regarding the support, we do our best to respond to all support tickets as soon as possible, but response time may increase depending on the number of support inquires we receive and your current location (we are based in the GMT+2 timezone). That’s no excuse though, and I apologize for the delayed replies you got. We will strive to do better. We pride ourselves with great and personal support, however, in your case, we obviously missed the mark. Again, apologies for letting you down.
