New Breakpoints are not responsive

It looks to me as if the breakpoints have been changed in the Gutenberg editor between WordPress 6.03 and 6.1. In any case, the new breakpoints do not work very well for images with text flowing around them on the right side. I have uploaded a screenshot of the same page in WP 6.03 and WP 6.1 to show the difference:

The URL posted refers to the WP 6.1 version. Note that this issue is especially problematic, because the screen width of many smartphones triggers this bug and the blog posts look even worse than in the screenshot above. It is actually so bad that blog posts aren’t legible anymore, because words are broken up internally when the column becomes too small.
