• Hello, I created new attribute (“model”), and wanted to add values with Smart manager, but when I tried to find the Product Model it doesnt show up although I see all other attributes … does the plugin have some caching? Because I tried to go to Woocommerce Tools and tried to regenerate and clean everything possible and nothing helped ?? What can be going wrong

    @drachires ,

    Thank you for the update.

    That’s strange. WooCommerce Product Attributes should be visible when trying to edit it using Smart Manager irrespective of their Enable archives? setting enabled or not.

    Could you please confirm whether you are using any additional custom plugin for the same attribute archive setting? Also, if possible could you please try to create a test product attribute using ‘WooCommerce > Products > Attribute’ and then try to reproduce the same issue using it and do let us know your views.

    Further, in order to isolate the issue, here’s something that will help:

    • Install a free theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront but do not activate/switch your current theme
    • Install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting on your site – this plugin is developed by the www.remarpro.com team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations.
    • Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Smart Manager plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
    • Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
    • Reply to this same email and share your findings with us… Were you able to reproduce the issue? What were the exact steps?
    • If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problem

    Please do try the above steps and let us know your views.
