Just wondering if you are going to update to use the attendance option in the blacklist/whitelist filters? I currently use the Location Temporarily Closed type to not include those meetings but would like to use just the attendance option instead of updating both.

    Thank you!

Edit: The only reason I can use the Location Temporarily Closed type still is because I import from a separate database and can use that there and it still takes on an import. If I were only using the plugin from WordPress that type is no longer there.

This will probably be included in a future revision. I don’t have plans on releasing another version in the short term (in 2021)

Thank you for the addition, it doesn’t resolve the original issue though. Still will need to use the “Location Temporarily Closed” type to not include inactive meetings. Unless I’m missing something in the updated version.

Are you talking about including meetings in the website page, or on the PDF meeting list?
on the PDF meeting list, you can filter by attendance type (online, in-person, hybrid), and you can also white/black list types. I’m unsure of what exactly you are trying to accomplish and what the parameters are.

I want to not include inactive meetings in the PDFs, we still have meetings that haven’t re-opened due to Covid restrictions. I’m also sure that now that there is an inactive attendance option that we will take advantage of that going forward for other reasons as well. Right now I still have to include the “Location Temporarily Closed” type in the meeting types to be able to filter those out. That type is no longer in the plugin, it only works for me because I import from a separate database. I had hoped you would have just added the new attendance options with a choice of which ones to include or exclude, like the type whitelist/blacklist.

I hope this explains it better

I believe if you set a meeting to “private” it will not show up on the website, but will be included in the printed PDF.

You are correct, private does not filter out of the PDF

I would put those inactive meetings in draft mode. But ours are not showing up. Perhaps because of selecting the filter In Person (including Hybrid) only. We feel there’s no reason to PDF online meetings.
