New attachment permalinks not being stored in db

  • Hi.

    The strangest thing just happened. I was uploading attachments to a page when WordPress stopped storing the permalink in the database. The page_attachment_uris and rewrite_rules fields show that 4 attachments have been processed while the 5th image has not. Please see this link for reference: https://mfields.org/art/pieces/

    I am using “Date and name based” permalinks.

    Solved my own problem – looks like I got frantic and just started asking for help – opps!

    Anyway, if you find yourself in the same situation as I am – This is a really easy “fix”.

    1 – Log into admin
    2 – Navigate to “Options” -> “Permalinks”
    3 – Click “Update Permalink Structure”.
