new and i need help – cms stuff

this word press is amazing ..so easy so simple and wow powerful …
i need help guys

my website is in Arabic ..and to be honest i dont understand the templates stuff

please tell me and please dont point me to files

i want to have these stuff in my blog

1- 5 categories ( i have them setup now )
2- 5 blocks in main page (index ) listing the tittles of the latest topics added to the blog …about 6-10 titles ..

can i have this ..1 post but it s a book …i mean it s a research about soccer ..and then it s like 5 pages …so how to have 1 post but 5 parts
