    FWIW, this is usually a site/hosting issue – not a plugin one.

    That is coming from Woo Commerce, try and deactivate that, activate User Registration Aide and the reactivate Woo Commerce. Those plugins take up lots of memory and the initial install of my plugin takes a little extra to load the databases and options. That should work out for you, and what esmi said above. If your memory is not set right then you can have issues with anything.
