    New account – website connected to account, no AI credits showing.

    Refresh credits, get json error.

    Disconnect account at WordPress, reconnect = no credits, refresh per instructions = still json error.

    I’ve asked in Support, and still no answer except disconnect then reconnect account. I’ve done this over 10 times now, with no result.

    Now, Content AI section is blocking all ability to add any SEO factors in WooCommerce. So I cannot add any SEO factors, using Rankmath, in wooCommerce without Content AI activated.

    This ticket number in Rankmath support – had no response in 2 days. #737256

    It would be GREAT if someone could offer some advice, that Does Not Ask Me To Disconnect then Reconnect rankmath account – seriously, I’ve done it many times, with no result.

    I’m asking here as there seems to be no traction in other support at all.
