New account mail not showing user name

  • Hey,
    I have a problem with the user creation e-mail.
    for some reason – it is not showing the user personal name / last name etc (while other emails do show it, using same short codes).

    when i use the name short code – it simply shows blank.

    how can i solve this?

    I am not so sure what is your problem is? But here is our answer, we hope it can help.
    we just want to know which your shortcode you used? Cause with mail new account and reset password we use shortcode {user_login} to appear username like this pic on link below.

    For other sitaution, other shortcode names appear on the board are use to get customer name related to order.
