    After running the most recent updates for Easy WP SMTP and WooCommerce the new users aren’t receiving their account set up emails.

    However, the site is sending the new orders and password reset emails.

    It’s only when someone uses checkout or sets up a new account.

    Anyone experience this recently?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please kindly know, that if other emails (new orders, password reset) are sent, it means that the Easy WP SMTP plugin is configured properly since it’s just responsible for emails sending from your website, but not triggers the sending process.

    Seems, that WooCommerse doesn’t trigger the sending of mentioned by you email types.

    Please, make sure that all needed email notifications are enabled in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails tab (please, take a look: https://a.supportally.com/i/nMVplC).

    Also, you can install the WP Mail Logging plugin to track emails that are sent out from your WordPress site.
