new accordion window hangs

    I just installed the plugin. It is activated but when I click on new accordion a new window opens and it hangs and nothing happens. I am on chrome with the lastest WP 5.1.1. Can you help please?

    this is what is in the error log. looks like an error on the last line. thanks for the help.
