New 2.7.0 release of the Affiliates Plugin

A quick note on a couple of highlights in the 2.7.0 release of the Affiliates plugin:
– A built-in User Registration Integration has been added, which allows to record referrals when new users are referred by affiliates. This must be enabled explicitly if desired, the settings are under a new menu item.
– A new Totals section has been added, where accumulated totals per affiliate are shown and referrals can be closed (marked as paid) in bulk.
