New 2.0.3 install > I don’t have permission to delete my own posts

Hi there,

I have a new install of WordPress 2.0.3 under which as soon as I had logged in as ‘admin’ I created a new user and published a test post. Refreshed the site and the post showed up fine, tried to delete this post and I get the message ‘You don’t have permission to do that.’ If I log in as ‘admin’ again I can delete the posts the new user has created.

The new user has ‘Administrator’ permissions and I am confused why the new user cannot delete its own posts?

I’ve activated the WordPress 2.0.3 Tuneup plugin (https://txfx.net/code/wordpress/wordpress-203-tuneup) with unfortunately no change in ability for the new user to delete its own posts.
