• I attempted to communicate with this developer as is his plugin puts up a nice form, but never actually “displays” what it is advertised to display. It just collects phones numbers instead of offering your customer some real information.

Instead he says I must have entered the address wrong…seriously? Customers are going to enter addresses wrong and it will reflect on the site. After 3 go arounds with the developer, I removed it from the site. It does not work.

This is a “yes-butt” author, who tries to blame others rather than take responsibility and see what is going wrong. As a developer myself, that is just not cool. He never even ask to see what is going on in the site from the back end.

    Complete waste of time.

While we do appreciate open and honest reviews of our product, there is quite a bit of context missing from this one and even false statements made above. We’ve detailed our full conversation with @dkurth below. The plugin definitely worked on her site as we did in fact perform a test and have attached a screenshot of the result. We were never given a specific address @dkurth used which didn’t work and we never told @dkurth that she “entered the address wrong.” We are still happy to assist @dkurth, provided we receive specific property addresses she’s experiencing issues with.

Your plugin does not appear to display the home value, just asked for an address and contact information and says thanks. I am not interested in a lead, I want people to be able to see the acutal value in real time.

    Hi Debbie,

I’ve attached a screenshot from your site…the property you searched must not have been found in Google Maps, or didn’t have adequate valuation data to deliver a result.

i have tried it in multiple devices with full address . Same result. No displaying of price just “ thanks for the inquiry”.

the address is my own and comes up on regular google just fine .

    Hi Debbie,

There will of course be instances, as I referenced previously, where property valuation data is not available, or the property is not identified by Google Maps.

In looking at the address you have below (1029 Sunset Blvd)…that’s either commercial property, multifamily, or some type of oddly zoned (metes and bounds) residential. Google’s street view actually looks like it’s a parking lot.

All of the above stated types of property will present issues for our plugin, namely commercial, which we don’t provide valuations for at all.

I’d encourage you to attempt/test a few other residential properties…or, if you’re needing something that delivers valuations on commercial real estate, etc….I can tell you now that our solution is not going to work for you.

no i put in my own personal home address. That address came up on it’s own and I used it for the screen shot.

i am a developer and computer engineer, i can tell you things need to just work

    Hi Debbie,

Without knowing the address you tested, I have no way of telling you why it didn’t work, or further diagnosing on our end….obviously I understand if you don’t want to provide your home address….so I’d still encourage you to test another property or two using the free trial valuations we provide. If you do end up finding a locale/geo/zip code that several properties are not being found in, I can do some research on our end to see if we’re missing a particular MLS or regional assessor, etc.

Ok, dude, I have tried it with many different residental address. I am removing it from my clients site. It does not work and honestly, I know what I am doing as I am a degreed computer engineer and software technical director. Plugin does not work and I will rate it accordingly. All I get is yes-butts from you. Poor form.
