    This plugin never worked, wouldn’t link properly, and I had to start a “troubleshooting” expedition from 5 min after I added it to my site that lasted 2 days. Total waste of time.

    Sorry to hear the plugin didn’t work as expected for you, and I understand the frustration.

    As there can be various situations whereby a site is not suitable for Site Kit, or potential conflicts that impact Site Kit set up, hopefully, based on the information you already shared we can determine the cause after discussing this with the team.     I’m just following up with you to check whether you had a chance to check Site Kit once more, and if so whether you’re facing the same issues.

    I ask as I reviewed your support topic and it sounds like what may be happening is a host level block is impacting setup. A good way to troubleshoot this is to firstly confirm you have no problems when attempting Site Kit setup from a demo site, such as this one. If all works well on this site I’d be happy to troubleshoot with you for any plugin or host related issue.
