Never stops loading

Hello forum.
So I’m creating my own custom theme for wordpress and woocommerce with bootsrtap.
The problem is whenever i finish the theme by putting “wp_footer();” in the footer.php file, the woocommerce stops working by loading forever when I try to checkout on my page and other plases.AJAX is not working.
I have read this, but don’t think this is a good way of fixing the problem:
