“Never see this message again” click but popup appears

    Hi there

    When you visit brfm.com.au a popup will appear using Hustle version 5.1.2
    Great.

    If you click on “Never see this message again”, the popup disappears.

    Visit brfm.com.au again, and annoyingly the popup appears again.
    In other words, the “Never see this message again” link isn’t working as it should.

    Can this be fixed?

    Hope you’re doing well ??

    I had a look at your site and for me it works like it should, when I visit any other page or refresh the homepage the popup doesn’t appear again, here’s a short video on how it behaves for me:

    Can you tell me which browser and OS you’re using so I could test in same conditions and see if it could be related to that?

    I have a similar problem at http:/wizardsforauthors.com This is a custom popup that is triggered by exit intent. I used the Never See This Message again, didn’t work. I have the close X treated as never see this message again. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. If you refresh the page, it may work; however, if you attempt to exit again before refresh the popup appears. Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox.

    I found a work around – set the number of days to expire (from 0) to say 365.
