Never received anything from the production team

  • Hi there,

    On 24 January I received this message:
    “Your app has been sent to our production team.
    The app normally takes around 48 hours to be produced and sent to you.”

    Today is 3 of March and I’m still waiting… These 48 hours seem to take LOOOOONG time!

    Please don’t tell me that your message with download link ended in my spam folder since I’ve been checking it quite often.

    I’m very sorry you didn’t get your app. Yes, you are right I’m not sure why we didn’t get the request on our server for your app.

    On average we send the apps within 4 hours.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for your response.
    I installed the app now but it does not work at all. Right now I don’t have time to dig into that, so I just increased the rating for time being with 1 star. Some time later on I’ll come back to the app and see what’s wrong.

    Hi,

    I have your app installed on my phone and other than the redirecting on your site. It seems to work fine.

    Seems a little unfair that all the people that have put so much time in to this plugin should suffer from your rating, because you don’t have time to look?

    Hi Dave,

    Don’t worry. No one from your team will suffer because of my delayed rating. I want to create a new app based on my proper website [link removed] and test it thoroughly, then rate the plugin.
    But I hope you understand that just like you sometimes don’t have time to attend to some things right away, the same can be the case with other people. I’ll try to test the plugin next week though.
    In the meantime have a through look at my website (link above), read it carefully and apply in daily life and THAT will ensure that you will not suffer in any way ?? and it will create tremendous clarity of mind that will enable you to code without any bugs and a LOT MORE. Enjoy!
