• It is just incredible that no one from the support bothers to reply you even when you just spent 99 USD in a license to support the developers.

    I sent a pre-sales support ticket with a few questions, then I sent a new one and so far I didn’t hear from them. It has been more than 10 days. Not sure what is going on but I am not impressed by support at all.

    I would like to know more about some of the features but without the support team being around I am not sure how this can be a fun journey or not.
