• I used Wp courseware and Maestro for a while. It served its purpose then I started to see glitches and decided to move another LMS. This can happen to anyone but after cancelling my subscription they kept on trying to charge my PayPal account. Luckily I deactivated the subscription from PayPal’s side as well.

My subscription ended and cancelled in 2017 but they kept on trying to charge my account today August 2020. What’s going on?
You can’t contact support if your license was expired. It’s a closed loop. Technically it’s fraud.

    Courseware is not bad though.

    Hi,

I’m very sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience with our team. We do our best to ensure helpful and timely responses within our support desk, both for technical issues and for general payment or licensing questions.

As this review page is only for a simple extension plugin related to a separate paid plugin that we offer through our company website (meaning it’s not a “freemium” plugin that we offer on www.remarpro.com), we’d greatly appreciate you contacting us there and we’d be happy to help. Leaving a negative review here for a connector plugin unrelated to the premium plugin you purchased from us directly won’t help us to learn from any customer interactions that our team members have and, subsequently, address any issues to help our team improve.

Feel free to reach out to us using our Questions page and we’ll be happy to help!
