Never ending loading (console error: numer is required)

  • We try to activate ‘PostNL bezorgopties’ and ‘PostNL afhaalopties’ but once activated the cart of the store malfunctions with a never ending reload every 1 second. The console states an error code 3212

    Checking your manual https://developer.myparcel.nl/api-reference/15.user-exceptions.html#_15-b i read that this error code means: “Missing required parameter”

    What parameter is missing and what are we doing wrong and why can’t the software warn us what is missing in the backend rather than wracking the front-end ??

    I have staging environment you may access to check the behaviour.
