• I’ve never been so disappointed by customer service. They simply ignore bugs in their poorly coded plugin. It seems to be characteristic of “Indian code,” and it’s evident in their work. When you submit something for them to fix, they only respond if they have a video recorded via Loom. If they don’t have one, they just ignore you. Even after creating a Loom video to demonstrate the bugs in their code (I had to switch from The Events to a custom ACF solution to get anything to work, despite their claims of compatibility with both—it’s not), they persist. There’s a significant bug where if you have an ACF field formatted as d.m.Y, their plugin can’t interpret it. After sending it, it defaults to the actual date. Do you know what they did? They simply changed the format to m.d.y and told me it was fixed… I don’t know who works at this company, but seriously, consider using another plugin. And I’m not even talking about the other fixes—they’ve been “fixing” them for over four months.
