Neve starter sites could not be loaded

    Hello,I have some problem with Neve starter sites.
    I’ve tried the following steps.

    1. Checking the sites library API
    When I checked that, got some raw data contain ‘ti-sites-lib’.

    2. Checking the Permalinks
    Also did this.

    3. Checking the Site Address
    I’ve checked ‘Settings > General in your Dashboard.’ and my address was correct.

    4. Expired Authorization
    Is this mean that server execution time is not enough?

    5. Missing php-xml extension
    I had php-xml extension and updated it ,but it’s didn’t work for me.

    In my case, ‘Neve option tab’ working properly. but ‘starter Sites tab’ show me the text “Starter sites could not be loaded. Please refresh and try again.”

    In my local server(windows), it’s work Ok.
    other Linux(Centos7) server with
    Apache : 2.4.39
    php : 7.4.16
    mariaDB : 10.2.36
    doesn’t work at all…

    i don’t know what to do next. please help!!!

    Are you using any caching plugin? If yes, I kindly recommend clearing the cache of it and see if this solves the issue.

    Please let us know if this worked.

    It’s was first installation and caching plugins was not in it.
    Have any other suggestion????

    If it’s a fresh instance and there are no other plugins, try to contact us via this form – https://themeisle.com/contact/ as a pre-sales question so we can check if there might be some bug related to the Neve theme.

    Please include credentials to access your dashboard to your email so we can check it.
