Neve Pro theme- change submenu items’ text color

Hi Jarret, saw your earlier response where you helped someone with Neve theme, submenu items CSS coding. I’m also working in NevePro theme, submenu items. Would you know the CSS code to make the submenu items’ text font color be blue or red? (My primary menu items are in white against a blue sky image, so then white submenu items are not visible…)
