Neve mobile dropdown menu doesn’t open

    Hey, I have a slight problem with my mobile dropdown menu. The problem is that it doesn’t do anything when to tap on “hamburger icon”. It looks like it’s freezed and doesn’t open. Hopefully we can find a solution fast! Erki

    I have opened the site and the feature seems to be working correctly on mobile.

    Are you still encountering this issue? Sometimes a cache clear of your browser might do the trick.

    If the answer is yes, then can you please also share the device model and browser that this issue appears on so we can further investigate if the case arrises?

    Hi, same issue for me. No javascript error in the console.
    I can’t see any javascript listener registered on the hamburger menu (maybe it’s normal because it has been done in CSS).
    I tested on my PC browser in responsive mode, on 2 phones : same thing… I emptied the cache and tried in private navigation mode.
    I just noticed on the body tag, one class is added : “hiding-header-menu-sidebar” and this class vanished (!) on second after.
    I deactivated all extensions, I checked my .htaccess file, nothing…

    Hey,

    Sorry for the late reply. I got resolved the issue thanks to Neve Community FB group. I had a cache issue. I cleared cache and deactivated plugins Autoptimize and Breeze. After that worked well.

    Not all, I tried a lot of things… I succeeded once to make it appear on my phone by pushing many many times on the hamburger menu but it was only once and it desappeared a few seconds afterwards. Don’t know why…
