Neve library not working properly

Hi everybody!
I’m developing a website and unfurtenately I have issues downloading from the elementor library. It is not all of the blocks and pages but most of them. I keep having to login to the library and when I click insert it just keeps downloading but nothing happens.
I’ve been in contact with my host and they are pretty sure it has nothing to do with the memory limit. I’ve tried everything and I can’t get it to work!
Can I get some help!! ??
