Neve Customization – Layout Single Post missing

You should make sure you use the latest version of the theme on each site. If this doesn’t help, the issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one. Also, please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin).

thanks for your reply.

I followed your advice and I had no joy, I’ve also brutally deleted the folder via FTP and reinstalled, I’ve used the troubleshooting plugin and, with no plugins active, it still show a reduced “Layout” section.
Any other suggestion? would you know if it has to do with any other interaction with the database?

The options for the single post layout might be missing due to theme skin being set to Legacy Skin instead of the Neve 3.0 skin – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1388-neve-3-0-core-design.

thanks a lot for your reply.
I can confirm that I’m currently using the latest version and nothing has changed so far. I’ve read the article about the Legacy Skin but I can’t see the “Style” section.
I’ll try one last attempt at disabling all plugins and check once again.
That’s so weird since I love Neve and I use it flawlessly on two other websites I own.
I’ll get back to you after my last troubleshooting, thanks!

Thank you for using Neve!

The Single Post options will appear in Customizer -> Layout if you change the theme skin in the Style panel within the Customizer.

To be able to see this panel, you need to migrate to the new header builder as shown in this doc – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1388-neve-3-0-core-design.

In case you don’t see the Style tab in the Customizer, this shouldn’t be a plugin conflict, it’s just the header builder data that needs to be migrated first – an example here.

that was it, I finally managed to sort this problem now, I can see all “Layout” sections after the migration and the Neve 3.0 skin.
