Network Update fails with "Warning! Problem updating"

  • I get the error message

    “Warning! Problem updating https://committee.saltaireangling.info. Your server may not be able to connect to sites running on it. Error message: couldn’t connect to host”

    on the first update script run i.e. the most recently created blog

    I’ve reuploaded manually the WordPress files and it still fails, any suggestions ?
