Network Setup not available

Hi

i moved a wp installtion with all data from one site adress to another (physically moving them on the server). Then I put this in the wp-config.php:

/* Multisite */
define( ‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true );

after reloading the adminpage, i looked at the tools menu to start networking. Surprise: no “Network Setup” visible…

what went wrong?
