    If I am understanding correctly, you are trying to reset the password for the network administrator on your multisite install.

    Can you be more specific about the steps you have taken to try and reset the password?

    I have done this two ways,

    I have reset the password via the hosting platform.

    I have also following the online (rest password) instructions.

    I am able to get onto my site within problems
