    Hmm, never seen that one before.

    It might be worth talking to a different GoDaddy support representative, as a .woff2 file shouldn’t be causing a 500 internal server error if there’s nothing wrong with the server.

    You could try deactivating your other plugins one by one to see if one of them is causing server issues.

    Hi Tom

    Went thru the pain of disabling all my plugins (except Hide my WP). Nothing fixed the issue.

    Decided to upgrade the Hide my WP while I was at the keyboard, and once installed, the icon started appearing. having been in software for a few decades – I have reached the stage of shaking my head and just continuing.
