    Hello,

    I just released my first digital download and decided to test it.
    I purchased it and it redirected me to the web page where I can download the pdf, which worked perfectly fine.
    But, when I opened the confirmation email and tried to download the pdf through the email it’s saying – “Failed – Network error”

    Is there a way I can fix this issue?

    Hi @tfrett!

    This indicates that either your server has a network problem or that your internet connection has a problem. You can contact your host and ask them to increase the timeout.

    How big is the file you are downloading? Perhaps splitting the download into 2 parts if it is really big?
