    I got this when I updated the plug in “Network connection error” https://snipboard.io/vt1Jwf.jpg.
    Before the update it worked but not for @yahoo clients. When I checked Track Delivery in Cpanel I see “SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:<theartto@XXX> SIZE=10968: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from IP XXX temporarily deferred due to user complaints – 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html&#8221;. Our email wasn’t deferred before I installed the plug-in.
    Tnx for the super nice plug-in, I hope we can fix those issues and I can continue to use it. Greetings

    Thank you for your message. This error occurred when you updated from 2.12.1 to 2.13?

    Could you send me a screenshot from the Outcomes? What about Send test feature? Is it working, could you try it a send a test email to yourself?

    Yes it happened from 2.12.1 to 2.13. I don’t have nothing in the outcomes tab (I tried to remove the plugin and its database tables and reinstall it so no everything is empty but the problem still persists). Send test is not working also. Normal woocommerce emails are working with out issue. Greetings

    1. For emails with: “SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:theartto@XXX SIZE=10968: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from IP XXX temporarily deferred due to user complaints – 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html”&#8221; – this issue is not related to ShopMagic, but Yahoo.

    2. Unfortunately the logs did not provide enough information and further investigation will be needed. However, to do this we will need access to the website.

    Hi, I managed to fix it with configuring a SMTP server instead of the default phpmail. The only other issue is the {site_title} in the mail footer that doesn’t pull our website name as Woocommerce does. Can I remove this string or replace it?

    Also outcomes is empty although the plugin sends the emails.

    thank you for update. Regarding the {site_title} we are using WooCommerce settings, check the screenshot

    I’m afraid I’m not able to delete this (or any other thread). You, as an author should have such an option, but as I remember correctly it is a timed feature.
